The Austrian general terms and conditions for the hotel industry (AGBH) apply. Cancellation is free up to 3 months before arrival; up to 1 month before arrival 40%, up to 1 week before arrival 70% and in the last week 90% of the total price are charged. On arrival you leave a deposit of €300 in cash. We recommend travel cancellation insurance.
There is no statutory right of withdrawal for accommodation booked for a specific date (Austrian FAGG § 18 (1) 10). The cancellation policy applies.
